YSM is a team of experienced marine professionals based in Matulji, near Rijeka, Croatia. With years of hands-on experience in the maritime industry, we’ve built a business rooted in technical precision, deep respect for the sea, and a strong commitment to our clients.
Every member of our team—from mechanics to crane operators—shares the same goal: to keep your vessel in optimal condition and ready for whatever lies ahead. We’ve worked with over 200 boats across different sizes and types, developing a strong reputation for reliability and honest service.
What we do?
We offer a complete range of boat services to cover every stage of your vessel’s life—whether it’s regular maintenance, a major repair, or preparing it for sale. Our expertise spans mechanical and electrical repairs, diagnostics, cleaning, transport, seasonal preparation, underwater work, and more.
We also provide crane lifting and recovery services for vessels up to 7.5 tons. Our team works closely with suppliers and partners to ensure that every job is completed efficiently, using high-quality parts and proven techniques. Whether you own a yacht, a workboat, or a small fishing vessel, you can rely on us to deliver the same level of care and attention to detail.
